1. Redeem online during the redemption period. 2. Redemption of award items is subject to availability. 3. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. 4. Either the member or the member’s representative must be present to receive the awards at the agreed date and time. The member or representative is required to sign an acknowledgement slip upon receipt of awards. 5. Award includes a one-off delivery within specific area (excluding PO Box addresses, outlying islands and restricted areas). No delivery or self-collection services are available in other locations. 6. Members must provide a valid contact phone number and mailing address for delivery purposes. Should delivery be unsuccessful as a result of inaccurate contact information or the member not being present at the agreed delivery time, Service/Product provider will charge the member a re-delivery fee. 7. The consignee is required to pay for all customs charges, import duties and taxes and postal clearance fees where applicable at the destination. 8. After the shipment of a package, the member has 60 days to place a claim with the Service/Product Provider or Delivery House if they do not receive their item. Following this claim, an investigation will be made and a new product will be sent after the investigation is completed. After the 60 days have elapsed, the member will no longer be able to place a claim for a lost item. |
